The BCSO are made out of just what any other Police Department would be made of, Respected Men and Woman of the Law Enforcement who give their life's each day to make sure we have a safe environment to live in. At BCSO we have our ups and downs, some sheriff officers get injured while on duty. But if you just love what you like to do, just continue it.

At BCSO we make sure that all our recruits get a throughout Department training. To ensure when our rookie sheriffs go out on the street, they must be able to know what to expect and how to handle it. We teach our recruits everything they need to know about Law Enforcement, and that's what every Police Department must do.

Once we have approved your application, the next step will be taking your required trainings. once your training are approved, you will then be placed on a 2-3 days ride along trial to ensure you know what you are doing. At last once every tasks on joining BCSO are over, it is time for you to take on the streets of crime in the country side.
